Today I have:

  • gone to a movie with H and her boy
  • cleaned my room up a little more (except for the clothes, since I haven't yet done laundry)
  • knitted an adorable green hat
  • watched hulu episodes of the Colbert Report whilst knitting said hat
  • successfully avoided doing any type of schoolwork  (ooops)
  • not binged
So assuming I can manage not to binge for another hour and a half or so (when I shall go to sleep), that makes 8 days straight of no binging.  Wooooo!

Yesterday and today have been really awful in terms of binge-urges though.  This might be in part because I ventured to the store yesterday evening.  It might also be because my intake has been pretty low.  I'm estimating approximately 300 cals today: cottage cheese (100), candy cane (50), light soup with shirataki fettuccine added in (estimate 150, but likely a bit less).  Yesterday I had 600 and was freaking out.

I really don't get why I can't find a middle ground.  I'm supposed to be aiming for 1000-1500 cals per day.  That was my goal.  3 meals, 1000 calories.  It doesn't look so hard on paper.

    And yeah. My freakouts usually occur somewhere between 1000 and 1500 cals. I flip my shit. As you've seen in my blog. lol and the shit flipping only gets worse above 1500. Which is why I rarely get to/above 1500 coz I can't handle the emo meltdowns that happen thereabouts.

    *sigh*

    You'll get to no-freak-out land in time. Be patient with yourself, ok? Nothing worse than watching someone floor the gas and end up arse-over-tits in a river :x
