I'm sorry hun you're feeling horrible. I guess I sort of fall the other way, where I just won't eat. It still makes me feel crappy though! One thing that helps me to not do things that are harmful is to stay super busy. I had a massive meltdown today and I had the opportunity to go home from work but I didn't, I forced myself to stay and I'm glad I did. I even ended up with a solution to the problem I am having. It is very uncomfortable but if you can try and sit in the yucky feeling. To feel it and move through it, rather than using maladaptive behaviours (I just learnt this in therapy this week) you will feel so much better and you won't have the guilt. Do you think it's possible that you are feeling like this because of the uni application situation? I know I am feeling the way I am because I didn't get the job I went for last week. I am determined to not skip my afternoon snack, though I really really want to!!!! *hugs* Sarah
